Fee for Services Recipient agrees to pay to Contran $530,000 quarterly on the first business day of each quarter, commencing as of January 1, 2003, pursuant to this Agreement.
Compensation for Services You may be eligible to receive compensation for providing certain services in respect of Shares of the Funds if you meet the requirements of and enter into a Dealer Services Agreement with American Funds Service Company.
Payment for Services Contractor shall exert reasonable and diligent efforts to collect prompt payment from the Commonwealth.
