Fee Updates. The Tow License Fee is subject to review and revision each year of the contract by the City in accordance with the methodology set forth in Exhibit D. In addition, the City may make prorated adjustments on a quarterly basis to compensate for either an increase or decrease in the number of contractors providing service.
