Feedback and Contributions. If you provide Xxxxx Xxxx with any Feedback, Xxxxx Xxxx is free to use the Feedback however it chooses. If you make any Contribution available to Xxxxx Xxxx, you hereby assign to Xxxxx Xxxx all right, title, and interest (including all copyright, patent, and other intellectual property rights) in that Contribution for all current and future methods and forms of exploitation in any country. If any of those rights are not effectively assigned under applicable law, you hereby grant Xxxxx Xxxx a non-exclusive, fully-paid, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable license to reproduce, Distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, make, use, have made, sell, offer to sell, import, modify and make derivative works based on, and otherwise exploit that Contribution for all current and future methods and forms of exploitation in any country. If any of those rights may not be assigned or licensed under applicable law (such as moral and other personal rights), you hereby waive and agree not to assert all of those rights. However, you may continue to freely use any Feedback that you provide to Xxxxx Xxxx, and you may continue to use, in any manner consistent with the license, any Contribution that you make available to Xxxxx Xxxx. You understand and agree that Xxxxx Xxxx is not required to make any use of any Feedback or Contribution that you provide. You agree that if Xxxxx Xxxx makes use of your Feedback or Contribution, Xxxxx Xxxx is not required to credit or compensate you for your contribution. You represent and warrant that you have sufficient rights in any Feedback or Contribution that you provide to Xxxxx Xxxx to xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx and other affected Parties the rights described above. This includes but is not limited to intellectual property rights and other proprietary or personal rights.

  • In-Kind Contributions For clarity, In-Kind contributions will only be recognized as eligible when the costs incurred by the Applicant are incidental to its ordinary course of business, directly attributable to the Project and easily auditable.

  • User Contributions The Website may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or other persons (hereinafter, "post") content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Website. All User Contributions must comply with these Terms of Use. Any User Contribution you post to the site will be considered non-confidential and non- proprietary.   • Contributions Without creating any rights in favor of any third party, the Member may, from time to time, make contributions of cash or property to the capital of the Company, but shall have no obligation to do so.

  • Premium Contributions i. Effective March 1, 2014, the Company and employees will contribute toward the premium costs of the NECA Health Plan for eligible Regular employees in accordance with this Section.

  • Payment of Contributions The College and eligible academic staff members shall each contribute one-half of the contributions to the Academic and Administrative Pension Plan.
