Common use of Fees and Gratuities Clause in Contracts

Fees and Gratuities. The Contractor shall not, nor shall it permit any agent, employee, or 505 Subcontractor employed by it, to request, solicit, or demand either directly or indirectly, any 506 compensation for the Collection of Franchised Materials or other Collection Services, except such 507 compensation as is specifically provided for herein as approved by the County. Contractor shall 508 instruct all such parties that they may not accept any such compensation.
