Fees; Commissions; URBN’s Right To Recovery. 5.1 Monthly Subscription Fee. Seller shall pay URBN the monthly subscription fees specified on the Seller Information Page for access to the Marketplaces (the “Monthly Subscription Fee”). URBN may change the Monthly Subscription Fee by posting the new fee on the Seller Information Page, and any revised Monthly Subscription Fee will be effective from the date it is posted. Seller’s failure to pay the Monthly Subscription Fee constitutes a material breach of this agreement.
