Monthly Subscription Fees. Licensee commits to and agrees to pay the Monthly Subscription Fees described in the attached Exhibit A (“Price of Software Subscription and License Initiation Fee”).
Monthly Subscription Fees. NetSpend shall pay to Liberty Tax a fee with respect to each month (the “NetSpend Monthly Subscription Fee”) for each Customer holding a Liberty Tax/NetSpend Card that is enrolled in a monthly service plan with respect to such Liberty Tax/NetSpend Card for which NetSpend collects a monthly fee for such month (the “Customer Monthly Subscription Fee”) from the accountholder (a “Monthly Subscription Account”). The NetSpend Monthly Subscription Fee with respect to any month shall be equal to *** of the Customer Monthly Subscription Fees collected by NetSpend for such month. The Customer Monthly Subscription Fee shall initially be *** (subject to modification by NetSpend at any time and from time to time in its sole discretion).
Monthly Subscription Fees. 7.1 Subject to provisions of Clause 9.2 of this Agreement, the Broadcaster shall raise monthly invoices on the Operator for the Subscribed Channel(s) towards the applicable Monthly Subscription Fee, together with applicable Taxes, for the concerned Month on the Operator within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of the Reports from the Operator.
7.2 For each Month or part thereof during the Term of the Agreement, the Operator shall pay to the Broadcaster the Monthly Subscription Fee which shall be calculated in the manner set out in Clause 8 of this Agreement.
7.3 The A-xx-xxxxx Rate of each Channel per Subscriber and Bouquet Rate per Subscriber is set out in Annexure A to this Agreement. The rates mentioned in Annexure A are exclusive of all Taxes.
Monthly Subscription Fees. (i) The channel being FTA no subscription fee would be payable.
(ii) In the vent of it becoming pay channel the Operator shall pay the Monthly Subscription Fee which shall be the Rate multiplied by the Monthly Average Subscriber Level or as may be mutually agreed.
Monthly Subscription Fees. (i) For each month or part thereof during the Term of the Agreement, the Operator shall pay to XXXXX SATCOM LTD the Monthly Subscription Fee which shall be the Rate multiplied by the Monthly Subscriber Level.
(ii) The a-xx-xxxxx and bouquet “Rate” per Subscriber is set out in AnnexureA-1&A-2 to this Agreement. The rates mentioned in the Annexures to this Agreement, as referred to above, are exclusive of all taxes and levies.
Monthly Subscription Fees. Altamont will charge Customer subscription fees for active use of the Platform.
Monthly Subscription Fees. 10.1 In exchange for Tracetec rendering its services to the Subscriber, the Subscriber shall be liable to pay to Tracetec the monthly subscription fees stipulated in the certificate and / or other agreement between Tracetec and the Subscriber from the commencement date to the cancellation date:
10.1.1 Monthly in advance on the 25th day of the month in respect of the following month;
10.1.2 The pro rata share of the monthly subscription fees upon date of signing of the certificate and / or other agreement with Tracetec; and / or
10.1.3 The Subscriber shall pay to Tracetec its standard fees in respect of each time that Tracetec tracks the location of the Subscriber’s SIM as well as all expenses related to Tracetec assisting the Subscriber in the event of a personal emergency.
10.2 The Subscriber shall provide Tracetec with the proof of payment.
10.3 Tracetec shall be entitled to increase the monthly subscription fees by giving written notice to the Subscriber and such increased monthly subscription fees shall be valid with immediate effect. Notice of increased monthly subscription fees via sms or e-mail to the subscriber shall be deemed sufficient notice to the Subscriber.
10.4 In the event that the Subscriber entered into this agreement for a fixed term and the Subscriber cancels the agreement prior to the lapse of the fixed term, Tracetec shall, subject however to the terms of any other written agreement between Tracetec and the Subscriber, be entitled to hold the Subscriber liable for the monthly subscription fees for the rest of the duration of the fixed term.
Monthly Subscription Fees. 11.1. In exchange for Tracetec rendering its services to the Subscriber, the Subscriber shall be liable to pay Tracetec the monthly subscription fees stipulated in the certificate and / or other agreement between Tracetec and the Subscriber from the commencement date to the cancellation date:
11.1.1. Monthly in advance on the 25th day of the month in respect of the following month;

11.2. The Subscriber shall provide Tracetec with theproof of payment.
11.3. Tracetec shall be entitled to increase the monthly subscription fees by giving written notice to the Subscriber and such increased monthly subscriptionfees shall be valid with immediate effect. Noticeof increased monthly subscription fees via SMS or e-mail to the subscriber shall be deemed sufficient notice to the Subscriber.
11.4. In the event that the Subscriber entered into this agreement for a fixed term and the Subscriber cancels the agreement prior to the lapse of the fixed term, Tracetec shall, subject however to the terms of any other written agreement between Tracetec and the Subscriber, be entitled to hold the Subscriber liable for the monthly subscription fees for the rest of the duration of the fixed term.
Monthly Subscription Fees. Dealers shall pay a monthly subscription fee as outlined in the fee schedule that is currently published by World Gem Trade Inc. by way of pre-authorized payment, credit card or monthly invoice. World Gem Trade
Monthly Subscription Fees. Monthly Subscription Fees are due by the Customer for the use of the Software and Services during a Term. SME Rocket Fuel accordingly provides Services to the Customer against payment by the Customer of the Monthly Subscription, which is invoiced and payable in advance, in accordance with the terms set out in the Order. SME Rocket Fuel will charge the credit card Customer has placed on file at the end of each month for that month’s usage.
