Fees for Legal Advice. Owner shall pay reasonable expenses incurred by Broker in obtaining legal advice regarding compliance with any law affecting the Property. If such expenditure also benefits other principals of Broker, Owner shall pay an apportioned amount of such expense.

Owner shall pay reasonable expenses in accordance with the Plan which are incurred by Manager in the defense of vendor suits or other claims made against the Project or Manager relating to its activities as agent for Owner, or activities related to the operation of the Project. Manager shall immediately notify the Owner if legal services are anticipated to exceed the amounts set forth in the Plan. If any expenditure for legal services also benefits others for whom Manager acts as a property manager, Owner’s obligation shall be limited to Owner’s pro rata portion of such expense for legal services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing contained in this section shall obligate Owner to pay Manager’s legal fees in the event Manager is alleged to have committed negligence, or engaged in fraud, misconduct, or intentional acts or omissions relating to the allegations of the dispute.
Fees for Legal Advice. Owner shall pay reasonable expenses incurred by Agent in obtaining legal advice, from Counsel approved by Owner, regarding compliance with any law affecting the Premises or activities related to them provided that Agent has notified Owner in advance of obtaining said legal advice.

In the event of unrepresented appearances in court by Manager, Owner agrees to pay Manager $66.00 per hour in lieu of attorney’s fees. However, it in no way shall be deemed legal advice as Renters Warehouse officers, staff, and employees are not attorneys.
