Packing Materials and Containers for Shipment Packing materials and containers in which the good is packed for shipment shall be disregarded in determining whether-- (i) the non-originating materials used in the production of the good undergo an applicable change in tariff classification set out in subdivision (t) of this note; and (ii) the good satisfies a regional value-content requirement.

Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years. Marking Records By the Transfer Date, the Seller will have caused its computer and accounting records relating to each Receivable to be marked to show that such Receivables have been sold to the Depositor by the Seller and transferred and assigned by the Depositor to the Issuer in accordance with the terms of the Sale and Servicing Agreement and pledged by the Issuer to the Indenture Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Indenture.

Grantee shall make every effort to avoid use of any persons under the age of 18 or any family member or friend of the client as an interpreter for essential communications with a client with limited English proficiency, unless the client has requested that person and using the person would not compromise the effectiveness of services or violate the client’s confidentiality and the client is advised that a free interpreter is available.
Public Records Requests If the Department receives a public records request for materials designated by the Contractor as trade secret or otherwise confidential under Florida or federal law, the Contractor will be responsible for taking the appropriate legal action in response to the request. If the Contractor fails to take appropriate and timely action to protect the materials designated as trade secret or otherwise confidential, the Department will provide the materials to the requester.
