Staff Time Sample Clauses

Staff Time. AGENCY agrees to a blended rate of $85 per hour for staff services outside of the monthly retainer fee including art direction, photo direction, graphic design, creative writing, copywriting, public relations, social media, and web design and a rate of $110 per hour for AGENCY computer programming outside the scope of web design. Any advanced programming requirements outside the AGENCY’s capabilities will be estimated and presented for approval.

Staff Time. For additional services such as clerical, secretarial, administrative assistant, graphic designer and bookkeeper, as requested by the XXXXX President or designee, will be invoiced at the close of each month.   • Travel Time Leave provided in paragraphs A and B of this Article shall apply to and cover actual and necessary travel to and from such meetings required during normal working hours on the day of the meeting or negotiations, except that MSEA-SEIU bargaining team members traveling 100 miles or more to negotiations shall be entitled to travel time outside of days of negotiations.

  • Crib Time 17.6.1 An employee working overtime shall be allowed a crib time of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked provided the employee continues working after such crib time.

  • Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.

  • Prep Time ‌ Each teacher shall be provided daily with a minimum of an uninterrupted sixty (60) minute preparation period, except that an emergency, as determined by the Appointing Authority, within an institution may temporarily necessitate other assignments. During prep time, teachers must be allowed full access to their class room or designated workspace without disruption. Part-time teachers shall receive a pro-rated preparation period based on ten (10) minutes for each class period taught, with a minimum of thirty (30) minutes per day.

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons.

  • Daylight Savings Time Employees required to work more than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or more than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from daylight savings time to standard time shall be paid for the additional hour worked at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2). Employees required to work less than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or less than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from standard time to daylight savings time shall be paid for the actual hours worked. Employees may use vacation time or compensatory time to make up for the one (1) hour lost. Employees in the first six (6) months of employment who would be eligible to accrue vacation, may be advanced one (1) hour of vacation time which shall either be deducted from their vacation leave balance, or deducted from their last paycheck if the employee is separated prior to accruing vacation.

  • Turnaround Time The number of hours between scheduled shifts shall not be less than seven and one-half (7-1/2) hours. Violations shall be compensated at the rate of time and one-half for all hours worked on the shift following the hours of rest.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.
