Common use of FEES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND ARRANGER Clause in Contracts

FEES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND ARRANGER. Borrower shall pay to (a) Administrative Agent and Arranger, as the case may be, solely for their respective accounts, the fees described in that certain separate letter agreement dated as of January 7, 1998, between Borrower, Administrative Agent, and Arranger, and (b) each Lender of all the fees specified in the letter dated March 24, 1998, addressed to such Lender from Administrative Agent on behalf of Borrower, which payments shall be made on the dates specified, and in amounts calculated in accordance with, such letter agreement.

FEES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND ARRANGER. Borrower shall pay to (a) Administrative Agent and Arranger, as the case may be, solely for their respective accounts, the fees described in that certain separate letter agreement dated as of January 7April 18, 19982000, between among Borrower, Administrative Agent, and Arranger, and (b) each Lender of all the fees specified in the letter dated March 24, 1998, addressed to such Lender from Administrative Agent on behalf of Borrower, which payments shall be made on the dates specified, and in amounts calculated in accordance with, such letter agreement.

FEES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND ARRANGER. Borrower shall pay to (a) Administrative Agent Agent, Lenders, and Arranger, as the case may be, solely for their respective accounts, the fees described in that certain separate letter agreement dated as of January 7December 3, 1998, between Borrower, Administrative Agent, and Arranger, and (b) each Lender of the Agents, all the fees specified in the letter dated March 24December 9, 1998, addressed to such Lender Borrower from Administrative Agent on behalf of Borrowerthe Agents, which payments shall be made on the dates specified, and in amounts calculated in accordance with, such letter agreementagreements.

FEES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND ARRANGER. Borrower shall pay to (a) Administrative Agent and Arranger, as the case may be, solely for their respective accounts, the fees described in that certain separate letter agreement dated as of January 7November 1, 19981999, between Borrower, Administrative Agent, and Arranger, and (b) each Lender of all the fees specified in the letter dated March 24, 1998, addressed to such Lender from Administrative Agent on behalf of Borrower, which payments shall be made on the dates specified, and in amounts calculated in accordance with, such letter agreement.

FEES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND ARRANGER. Borrower shall pay to (a) Administrative Agent and Arranger, as the case may be, solely for their respective its accounts, the fees described in that certain separate letter agreement dated October 17, 2003, among Borrower and Arranger. Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent, solely for its accounts, the fees described in that certain separate letter agreement dated as of January 7the date hereof, 1998, between Borrower, among Borrower and Administrative Agent, and Arranger, and (b) each Lender of all the fees specified in the letter dated March 24, 1998, addressed to such Lender from Administrative Agent on behalf of Borrower, which payments shall be made on the dates specified, and in amounts calculated in accordance with, such letter agreement.

FEES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND ARRANGER. Borrower shall pay to (a) Administrative Agent and Arranger, as the case may be, solely for their respective accounts, the fees described in that certain separate letter agreement dated as of January 7February 26, 19982001, between among Borrower, Administrative Agent, and Arranger, and (b) each Lender of all the fees specified in the letter dated March 24, 1998, addressed to such Lender from Administrative Agent on behalf of Borrower, which payments shall be made on the dates specified, and in amounts calculated in accordance with, such letter agreement.

FEES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND ARRANGER. Borrower shall pay to (a) Administrative Agent and Arranger, as the case may be, solely for their respective accounts, the fees described in that certain separate letter agreement dated as of January 7October 4, 19981999, between Borrower, ACX Technologies, Inc., Administrative Agent, and Arranger, and (b) each Lender of all the fees specified in the letter dated March 24, 1998, addressed to such Lender from Administrative Agent on behalf of Borrower, which payments shall be made on the dates specified, and in amounts calculated in accordance with, such letter agreement.

FEES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND ARRANGER. Borrower shall pay to (a) Administrative Agent and Arranger, as the case may be, solely for their respective accounts, the fees described in that certain separate letter agreement dated as of January 7July 15, 19982003, between Borrower, Administrative Agent, and Arranger, and (b) each Lender of all the fees specified in the letter dated March 24, 1998, addressed to such Lender from Administrative Agent on behalf of Borrower, which payments shall be made on the dates specified, and in amounts calculated in accordance with, such letter agreement.

FEES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND ARRANGER. Borrower Borrowers shall pay to (a) Administrative Agent and Arranger, as the case may be, solely for their respective accounts, the fees described in that certain separate letter agreement dated as of January August 7, 19982002, between BorrowerACS, Administrative Agent, and Arranger, and (b) each Lender of all the fees specified in the letter dated March 24, 1998, addressed to such Lender from Administrative Agent on behalf of Borrower, which payments shall be made on the dates specified, and in amounts calculated in accordance with, such letter agreement.
