Common use of FEES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND ARRANGER Clause in Contracts

FEES OF ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND ARRANGER. Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent or Arranger, as the case may be, solely for their respective accounts, the fees described in that certain separate letter agreement dated as of June 30, 1998 (as thereafter amended or modified from time to time), among Borrower, Administrative Agent, and Arranger, which payments shall be made on the dates specified, and in amounts calculated in accordance with, such letter agreement.
