Common use of Fees of Custodian Clause in Contracts

Fees of Custodian. The Custodian shall charge such fees for its services under this Custodial Agreement as are set forth in Exhibit 6 hereto, the payment of which fees (with the exception of conference room fees and extraordinary time charges, which shall be the obligation of the party requesting such services), together with the Custodian’s expenses in connection herewith, shall be solely the obligation of the Trustee.

Fees of Custodian. The Custodian shall charge such fees for its services under this Custodial Agreement as are set forth in Exhibit 6 hereto, the payment of which fees (with the exception of conference room fees and extraordinary time charges, which shall be the obligation of the party requesting such services), together with the Custodian’s expenses in connection herewith, shall be solely the obligation of the Trustee. The Trustee’s obligations set forth in this Section shall survive any termination of this Agreement and the termination, resignation or removal of the Custodian.

Fees of Custodian. The Custodian shall charge such fees for its services under this Custodial Agreement as are set forth in the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit 6 heretoA, the payment of which fees (fees, together with the exception of conference room Custodian's reasonable and customary expenses (including legal fees and extraordinary time chargesexpenses) in connection herewith, which shall be the obligation of the party requesting such services), together with the Custodian’s expenses in connection herewith, shall be solely the obligation of the TrusteeBorrower.

Fees of Custodian. The Custodian shall charge such fees for its services under this Custodial Agreement as are set forth in Exhibit 6 hereto5 hereto (the “Custodian Fees”), the payment of which fees (with the exception of conference room fees and extraordinary time charges, charges which shall be the obligation expense of the party requesting such services), together with the Custodian’s expenses in connection herewith, ) shall be solely the obligation of the TrusteeTrust Administrator.

The Custodian shall charge such fees for its services under this Custodial Agreement as are set forth in Exhibit 6 heretothe letter agreement between the Custodian and the Securities Administrator, the payment of which fees (with the exception of conference room fees and extraordinary time charges, charges which shall be the obligation expense of the party requesting such services), together with and the Custodian’s expenses in connection herewith, which shall be solely the obligation of the TrusteeIssuing Entity), shall be solely the obligation of the Securities Administrator.

The Custodian shall charge such fees for its services under this Custodial Agreement as are set forth in Exhibit 6 hereto, the payment of which fees (with the exception of conference room fees and extraordinary time charges, which shall be the obligation of the party requesting such services)fees, together with the Custodian’s 's expenses in connection herewith, shall be solely the obligation of the Trustee.

Fees of Custodian.
