Common use of Fees Payment and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Fees Payment and Expenses. 4.1 In consideration of providing the Services, the Customer shall pay ANSYS the Price within any time(s) indicated in the Proposal. Where no Price is indicated in the Proposal, the Price shall be calculated on a time and materials basis using ANSYS’ then current rates. Unless provided otherwise in the Proposal, the Price and any other invoiced amount will be due and payable within thirty (30) days after receipt of ANSYS’ invoice.
