Electronic Billing Sample Clauses

Electronic Billing. Except as provided in Section 4.7 below, all payments hereunder shall be made by credit card. You hereby authorize Intermedia to electronically charge Your credit card for payment for the Services and/or Voice Services. You hereby authorize Intermedia to (i) make such charges as necessary for payment of current and outstanding bills and invoices, and recurring fees; (ii) make additional attempts to charge should the initial attempt fail; and

Electronic Billing. Except as provided in Section 4.6 below, all payments hereunder shall be made by credit card or direct debit. You hereby authorise Intermedia to electronically charge Your credit card or bank account for payment for the Services and/or Voice Services. You hereby authorise Intermedia to (i) make such charges as necessary for payment of current and outstanding bills and invoices, and recurring fees; (ii) make additional attempts to charge should the initial attempt fail; and (iii) in the event that You provide Intermedia with different credit card information to correct any failure, act upon Your instructions, whether by phone, in writing, or by other means, that Intermedia reasonably believes to be genuine.

Electronic Billing. Without limiting the Products and/or Services that may fall within the term “Electronic Billing” hereunder in the future, the parties agree that, as of the Commencement Date, the Services provided under this Agreement that fall within the term “Electronic Billing” are as follows: PDF Presentment Services, Statement Express, Statement Express API, Exact View and Exact View API. With respect to any Client that is subject to the exclusivity obligations described in the first sentence of this Section 3(f), CSG acknowledges and agrees that it is not a violation of such exclusivity obligations if such Client sells, transfers or otherwise divests any cable system(s) or business unit(s) receiving Products and/or Services under this Agreement (whether such transaction takes the form of a conveyance of assets or equity, merger, consolidation or other business reorganization). For purposes of the preceding sentence, “divest” shall mean a sale or transfer to an entity that is not a TWC Company.

Electronic Billing. Contractor shall use electronic billing under DDS’s Regional Center e-Billing System Web application for all of Contractor’s invoices to Center under this Agreement.

Electronic Billing. I understand that XXXX uses electronic billing (e-bill) as its official billing method, and therefore I am responsible for viewing and paying my student account e-bill by the scheduled due date. I further understand that failure to review my e-bill does not constitute a valid reason for not paying my bill on time. Billing Errors: I understand that administrative, clerical or technical billing errors do not absolve me of my financial responsibility to pay the correct amount for annual school registration fee and other obligations assessed as a result of my attendance at IMSA.

I understand that if I believe a charge on my bill is incorrect, it is my responsibility to notify the Business Office in writing.
