FEI, for itself and its respective legal representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, present and former subsidiaries and affiliated entities, present and former employees, partners, agents, representatives, independent contractors, officers, directors, shareholders, attorneys, accountants, managers, and all other legally associated persons or entities of FEI, hereby releases and forever discharges WAP and its respective legal representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, present and former subsidiaries and affiliated entities, present and former employees, partners, agents, representatives, independent contractors, officers, directors, attorneys, accountants, managers, and all other legally associated persons or entities of WAP of any and all claims, demands, damages, actions or causes of action based upon, arising out of, or in any way connected in whole or in part with any act, omission, transaction, occurrence or other event occurring prior to the effective date of this Settlement Agreement, including, but not limited to, any and all claims that were or could have been asserted in the Lawsuits or which relate to the conduct of the Parties in those actions, unless specifically excluded herein. This release encompasses all claims or demands whatsoever in law or in equity, including a waiver of any rights under any federal or state statute purporting to limit the scope of this release, including those which may be asserted by successors or assigns by reason of any matter, prior to the effective date of this Settlement Agreement.

  • Right to Work For purposes of federal immigration law, you will be required to provide to the Company documentary evidence of your identity and eligibility for employment in the United States. Such documentation must be provided to us within three (3) business days of your Start Date, or our employment relationship with you may be terminated.

  • Right to Withdraw Unless otherwise agreed, each Holder shall have the right to withdraw such Holder’s request for inclusion of its Registrable Securities in any Underwritten Offering pursuant to this Section 2.02 at any time prior to the execution of an underwriting agreement with respect thereto by giving written notice to the Company of such Holder’s request to withdraw and, subject to the preceding clause, each Holder shall be permitted to withdraw all or part of such Holder’s Registrable Securities from a Piggyback Registration at any time prior to the effective date thereof.

  • Return to Work (a) The parties recognize the duty of reasonable accommodation for individuals under the Human Rights Code of Ontario and agree that this Collective Agreement will be interpreted in such a way as to permit the Employer and the Union to discharge that duty. To that end, the Home and the Union agree to cooperate in complying with the Ontario Human Rights Code.

  • RIGHT TO WITHHOLD If work under this Contract is not performed in accordance with the terms, hereof, Government will have the right to withhold out of any payment due to Contractor, such sums as the Government may deem ample to protect it against loss or to assure payment of claims arising therefrom, and, at its option, the Government may apply such sums in such manner as the Government may deem proper to secure itself or to satisfy such claims.   • Failure to Return to Work If, upon the expiration of FMLA or CFRA Leave, or any District approved extension thereof including General Leave, an employee fails to return to work and no additional leave has been authorized, the employee shall be considered to have automatically resigned from his or her position. In such cases, the employee will receive advance notification of the District’s intent to implement an automatic resignation.

  • Returning to Work (a) Returning to work early

  • Agent Right to Withhold Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, each Agent shall be entitled to make a deduction or withholding from any payment which it makes under the Notes for or on account of any Tax, if and only to the extent so required by Applicable Law, in which event the Agent shall make such payment after such deduction or withholding has been made and shall account to the relevant Authority within the time allowed for the amount so deducted or withheld or, at its option, shall reasonably promptly after making such payment return to the Issuer the amount so deducted or withheld, in which case, the Issuer shall so account to the relevant Authority for such amount. For the avoidance of doubt, FATCA Withholding is a deduction or withholding which is deemed to be required by Applicable Law for the purposes of this Clause 4.15.
