Common use of Fellowship Awards Clause in Contracts

Fellowship Awards. The Recipient agrees any individual who receives a fellowship financed with Federal assistance under the Human Resources Fellowships Program authorized under 49 U.S.C. § 5322(b) will be selected on the basis of that individual’s demonstrated ability and the contribution that individual reasonably can be expected to make to an efficient public transportation operation.
