Common use of FERC Filings Clause in Contracts

FERC Filings. To the extent required by law or regulation, each Interconnection Party shall seek FERC acceptance or approval of its respective charges or the methodology for the calculation of such charges. If such filing is required, Transmission Owner shall provide Transmission Provider and Project Developer with appropriate cost data, schedules and/or written testimony in support of any charges under this section in such manner and at such time as to allow Transmission Provider to include such materials in its filing of the Generation Interconnection Agreement with the FERC.
