Field Report and Corrective Action Investigation Fees. Unless UL Contracting Party expressly agrees in writing otherwise, UL Contracting Party or another UL Company will bill Applicant at UL Contracting Party’s then-current rates for any and all investigations or corrective actions necessitated by any failure of a Covered Product to conform to (a) the description, specifications, and UL Requirements; and (b) the published standard(s), if any, applicable to the Covered Product.
