The Field Representatives’ Meeting clause establishes the requirement for regular meetings between representatives from each party involved in a project or contract. These meetings typically serve as a forum to discuss project progress, address operational issues, and coordinate activities on-site. Field Representatives’ Meeting. Within five days (5) after a dispute or claim occurs, the Design-Builder’s senior project management personnel who have authority to resolve the dispute or claim shall meet with the Owner’s project representative who has authority to resolve the dispute or claim in a good faith attempt to resolve the dispute or claim. If a party intends to be accompanied at a meeting by legal counsel, the other party shall be given at least three (3) working days’ notice of such and also may be accompanied by legal counsel. All negotiations pursuant to this clause are confidential and shall be treated as compromise and settlement negotiations for purposes of rules of evidence.
