Field Trip Admission. The Board agrees to pay admission costs for instructional personnel who are required to accompany a group of students either as sponsors or supervisors on a required school field trip. An employee who is chaperoning an approved trip will be permitted to have trip expenses paid out of monies raised by the student group if this stipulation was made in the original request/application for the fund raiser.
