File Appeal to Human Resources Director. After the affected unit employee has received his/her final notice of disciplinary action, they must file a written appeal within seven (7) calendar days of the receipt of the final disciplinary notice to the Human Resources Director for processing the disciplinary action appeal for arbitration or Board of Review.
