Common use of Files not Provided, Link Fees Clause in Contracts

Files not Provided, Link Fees. Processor will not provide: (i) routing of activity files received from Contractor(s) to Merchant; or (ii) any other files or reports not specifically described above. Xxxxxxxx will be responsible for, and agrees to pay Processor, all telecommunications fees, assessments and related expenses in connection with Processor establishing and maintaining a link with each Contractor in order to provide Acquirer Service to Merchant. Processor may allocate such fees, assessments and related expenses in such manner as it deems advisable in its sole discretion.
