Anyone dealing with the Trust may rely on a certificate by a Trustee or an officer of the Trust as to whether or not any such amendments or supplemental declarations of trust have been made and as to any matters in connection with the Trust hereunder, and, with the same effect as if it were the original, may rely on a copy certified by a Trustee or an officer of the Trust to be a copy of this instrument or of any such amendment hereto or supplemental declaration of trust.

A restated Declaration, integrating into a single instrument all of the provisions of the Declaration which are then in effect and operative, may be executed from time to time by a majority of the Trustees then in office and filed with the Massachusetts Secretary of State. A restated Declaration shall, upon execution, be conclusive evidence of all amendments and supplemental declarations contained therein and may thereafter be referred to in lieu of the original Declaration and the various amendments and supplements thereto.
