Common use of Filing of Grievance with Employer's Representative Clause in Contracts

Filing of Grievance with Employer's Representative. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I, within five (5) days of the date the decision should have been made or if no decision has been rendered within fifteen (15) days after written presentation of the grievance at Level I, the grievant or the exclusive representative may file the grievance with the employer's representative.
