Within ten (10) days after the effective date of this Agreement, the Department shall cause a statement of the information concerning the Department, required by California Government Code Section 53051, to be filed with the office of the California Secretary of State, with the San Mateo County Clerk, and with San Mateo County Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO) stating the facts required to be stated pursuant to subdivision (a) of Government Code Section 53051.
