Prior The Company shall not less than three business days prior to the filing of a Registration Statement and not less than one business day prior to the filing of any related amendments and supplements to all Registration Statements (except for any amendments or supplements caused by the filing of any annual reports on Form 20-F, periodic reports on Form 6-K), furnish to the Investor copies of all such documents proposed to be filed, which documents (other than those incorporated or deemed to be incorporated by reference) will be subject to the reasonable and prompt review of the Investor. The Investor shall furnish comments on a Registration Statement to the Company within 24 hours of the receipt thereof.
