Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.

Office Facilities During the period of employment, Executive shall have his office where the Corporation’s principal executive offices are located from time to time, which currently are at 3000 Xxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, and the Corporation shall furnish Executive with office facilities reasonably suitable to his position at such location.
Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
a. The contractor shall notify all potential subcontractors and suppliers and lessors of their EEO obligations under this contract.
b. The contractor will use good faith efforts to ensure subcontractor compliance with their EEO obligations.
Equipment and Facilities For On-Site Courses, you will supply the facility and equipment as set forth at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx/xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxx. If Red Hat agrees to provide the training facilities and hardware, you will be liable for any loss or destruction of this equipment and hardware used in connection with the Training.
Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.
Maintaining Records; Access to Properties and Inspections Maintain financial records in accordance with GAAP and, upon reasonable notice, permit any representatives designated by the Administrative Agent or any Lender to visit and inspect the financial records and the properties of the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary during normal business hours and to discuss the affairs, finances and condition of the Borrower or any Significant Subsidiary with the officers thereof and independent accountants therefor.
