Equipment and Facilities definition
Equipment and Facilities means such equipment, facilities, databases, data processing services, software, and such other Intellectual Property, hardware, functions, real property, and services employed in the operation of a CMRS System.
Equipment and Facilities has the meaning set out in Article 3.4.
Equipment and Facilities means all hereditaments, appurtenances and properties in anywise appertaining, belonging, affixed or incidental to Hydrocarbon Interests or the lands pooled or unitized therewith, including, without limitation, any and all property, real or personal, situated upon the Hydrocarbon Interests or the lands pooled or unitized therewith, or used, held for use, or useful in connection with the operating, working or development of any of such Hydrocarbon Interests or the lands pooled or unitized therewith, or with the production, sale, purchase, exchange, treatment, processing, handling, storage, transporting or marketing of Hydrocarbons from or attributable to such Hydrocarbon Interests or the lands pooled or unitized therewith, including, without limitation, any and all oil ▇▇▇▇▇, gas ▇▇▇▇▇, injection ▇▇▇▇▇ or other ▇▇▇▇▇, buildings, structures, fuel separators, liquid extraction plants, plant compressors, pumps, pumping units, pipelines, sales and flow lines, gathering lines and systems, field gathering systems, salt water disposal facilities, tanks and tank batteries, processing plants, fixtures, valves, fittings, machinery and parts, engines, boilers, meters, apparatus, equipment, facilities, appliances, tools, implements, cables, wires, towers, casing tubing and rods, surface leases, rights-of-way, easements, servitudes, licenses and other surface and subsurface rights together with all additions, substitutions, replacements, accessions and attachments to any and all of the foregoing.
Examples of Equipment and Facilities in a sentence
These Terms and Conditions shall commence on the date of the first scheduled use of Equipment and Facilities and shall automatically renew on July 1 of each year unless previously terminated.
No use of the COSINC Equipment and Facilities shall extend beyond the termination of this or other related agreements without prior written approval of authorized COSINC and University representatives.
The Contractor will have access to the Equipment and Facilities of the Phi-Lab, subject to availability and Voucher in Appendix 2a.
Compensatory Time may be paid in lieu of overtime pursuant to King County Council policy, (i.e., King County Legislative Branch Employee, Equipment, and Facilities Policies, updated March 2023, Version 4, as amended).
If a User’s access to the Equipment and Facilities is terminated, the User and/or Responsible Party are then responsible for removing any personal property within sixty (60) days, or it may be disposed of at the discretion of COSINC Staff and the expense of the Responsible Party.
More Definitions of Equipment and Facilities
Equipment and Facilities means any equipment, facility (including fixed or movable assets) contracted or hired by the Customer from SASANI STUDIOS, hereafter referred to as “Equipment”;

Equipment and Facilities means such equipment, facilities, databases, data processing services, software, and such other Intellectual Property, hardware, functions, real property, and services employed in the operation of a CMRS System. “Equipment and Facilities Lease Agreement” means the form of Master Equipment and Facilities Lease Agreement set forth in Appendix A hereto. “Failed Services” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 16.4 of this Agreement. “FCC” means the Federal Communications Commission created pursuant to the Act, or any successor agency. “Final Order” means an order as to which the time for filing a request for administrative or judicial relief, or for instituting administrative review sua sponte, shall have expired without any such filing having been made or notice of review having been issued; or, in the event of such filing or review sua sponte, as to which such filing or review shall have been disposed of favorably to the order and the time for seeking further relief with respect thereto shall have expired without any request for such further relief having been filed. “GAAP” shall mean United States generally accepted accounting principles in effect from time to time. “Governmental Entity” means any government or political subdivision thereof, including without limitation, any state, regional or municipal authority, any governmental department, ministry, commission, board, bureau, agency, regulatory authority, instrumentality, judicial, or administrative body, having jurisdiction over the matter or matters in question. “Indemnified Party” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 19.1 of this Agreement. “Indemnifying Party” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 19.1 of this Agreement. Equipment and Facilities has the meaning set forth in Section 3.07(a).
Equipment and Facilities means wellheads, tanks, gathering lines, fixtures, equipment, tangible personal property, goods, facilities, supplies, inventory, fixtures, and improvements located on the Subject Property or used or held for use for the production, gathering, treatment, processing, storage, disposal, or transportation on or from the Subject Property of Hydrocarbons, water, or other substances produced with them, including all accessions, additions, and attachments to other Equipment and Facilities.
