Common use of FINAL COMPLETION AND FINAL PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

FINAL COMPLETION AND FINAL PAYMENT. 10.7.1 Upon notification from the Construction Manager that the Work is complete and ready for final inspection and acceptance, the Owner, with the assistance of its Design Professional shall promptly conduct an inspection to determine if the Work has been completed and is acceptable under the Contract Documents.
