Final Design. Tasks to be performed include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Prepare plans for the required improvements, consistent with City and/or Caltrans format. B. Assist the City for any Community Information Workshop if necessary. C. Prepare construction specifications. D. Prepare an engineer’s construction cost estimate based on the itemized quantity take-off from the contract documents. E. Coordinate with Caltrans for work within Caltrans R/W and obtain required approval and permits. F. Complete Final Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) Bid Package.
