Common use of Final Design Clause in Contracts

Final Design. After the Owner has approved the Engineer's final recommendations as shown in the Preliminary Engineering Report, and the recommendations meet all Federal, State, and County regulations and requirements (including permitting), the Engineer will perform all required engineering activities to provide the Owner with a complete and approved set of plans, specifications, and estimate (the “PS&E”) for each phase of construction of the Project. Specific engineering activities, tasks, and/or special services to be provided by the Engineer will include those of the following identified in the Work Authorization:
