Common use of Final Eligibility List Clause in Contracts

CONSULTANT will develop a final eligibility list of candidates and present it to the Overland Park Police Department in rank order, bands or another format, as indicated by the CITY. CONSULTANT will work with the CITY’S Project team to determine the most appropriate list format. CONSULTANT shall prepare language that the CITY can use to notify candidates of their performance.
