Final Inspection and Reimbursement of District Costs. 9.1 The District’s Engineer must inspect completed facilities, or portion thereof. The District will not accept any facility until its Engineer has given written approval that it satisfies the District’s requirements. Developer shall be responsible for all costs incurred by the District that are associated with interim and final inspection, completion, additional construction, and testing of the facilities, subject to the limitations set forth in Paragraph 2
