Final Landscape Acceptance. At the end of the two-year establishment period, Developer shall request that IFA perform the final inspection of the landscape areas outside of the O&M Limits. A minimum of three weeks advance notice is required. Developer shall submit a “Plant and Turf Establishment Certification Package” that consists of field photographs, completed turf inspection checklists and completed planting checklists, and the East End Crossing landscape plans and details. The plant and turf establishment certification process shall be completed and approved as a condition of Final Landscape Acceptance.
