Design Coordination. The aesthetics and landscape design units shall coordinate with other design disciplines on the location of proposed underground facilities, such as utilities and drainage lines, so that the landscape installation does not damage underground utility facilities.
Design Coordination. The MTA Representative and the Utility Representative shall use their best efforts to agree upon written general guidelines, working relationships and administrative policies to implement the approval procedures with respect to Design review, and coordination of Construction, right-of-way acquisition and Rearrangement of Utility Facilities in order to permit the timely Construction of Transit Projects. All such guidelines, relationships, policies, procedures and coordination shall be consistent with this Agreement and, in the event of any conflict between the provisions thereof and this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. MTA shall consult with the Utility Representative in establishing the schedule for Design of each Rearrangement to be consistent with MTA's schedule for each Transit Project.
Design Coordination. The Contractor shall coordinate all service design activities, processes, and resources. Contractor shall ensure the consistent and effective design of new or changed IT services, service management systems, architectures, technology, processes, information, and metrics.
Design Coordination. As appropriate, the Project Management Contractor shall cause the design consultant to issue progress sets. The Project Management Contractor shall review each such progress printing and submit its findings and recommendations to the DGS Project Manager. The Project Management Contractor shall deliver a set of coordinated comments to the design consultant that incorporates the comments of the Program Management Contractor, the Client Agency and the DGS Project Manager.
Design Coordination. Design-Build Firm shall adhere to the following coordination requirements throughout each Design Phase.
Design Coordination. 1. The Rail Station Building shall be designed, engineered and permitted by, and at the direction of, the Authority with funds from the State of Florida. The Authority is in receipt of funds to design the Rail Station Building (the “Design Funding”).
2. The Authority and Rail Company shall meet as often as necessary to determine the scope of the Rail Station Building to be constructed, including but not limited to whether it is to be built in phases, how the connection from Rail Station Building to the APM Station will occur, design criteria common to all structures in rail corridor (e.g. third (3rd ) level great hall, clearance for first (1st) floor, etc.) and milestones for design completion of the Rail Station Building and APM Station and related infrastructure.
3. The Authority shall provide its design plans and specifications to the Rail Company at thirty percent (30%), sixty percent (60%), ninety percent (90%) and one hundred percent (100%) completion for the Rail Company’s review and approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any comment must be provided with specificity and shall be submitted to the Authority within fifteen (15) business days of receipt of plans and specifications. If the comment relates to the Premises or impacts the Rail Project, the parties shall meet to resolve the comments to Rail Company’s reasonable satisfaction. Any comments from Rail Company regarding items that do not impact the Rail Project or the Premises are strictly informational and the Authority may choose, in its sole discretion, not to incorporate the same.
4. The design shall be complete within one hundred eighty (180) days of the Effective Date.
Design Coordination. AUTHORITY’s and STATE’s Representatives shall establish the general guidelines, those current STATE Standards in effect, working relationships, Design Engineering schedules, administrative policies and approval procedures with respect to Design Engineering review and coordination of any construction and Rearrangement of STATE’s Facilities pursuant to this Agreement in order to permit the timely construction and operation of PROJECT. All Rearrangements, Betterments and Replacement Facilities shall be designed in accordance with applicable STATE requirements for project development, design engineering and construction as determined by AUTHORITY and STATE Representatives. This determination will address the applicability of metric units, dual units or English units. These requirements may include issuance of a Project Report, Project Traffic Management Plan, Site Specific Agreements, Environmental Evaluation, Initial Site Assessment (ISA), Site Investigation (SI), or other required documents when applicable.
Design Coordination. Assist the District in administrating and monitoring the design phase for the Project listed above by providing the following services:
(a) Advise the District on compliance of the design of the Project with the approved budget therefor.
(b) Advise the District on the timely communication of design-review comments for the Project.
(c) Advise the District on implementation of design change-orders for the Project and the impact of such change orders on the total budget therefor.
(d) Attend design review meetings for the Project on a regular basis and as directed by the District.
(e) Prepare and reconcile cost estimates for the Project.
Design Coordination. PURECYCLE agrees to provide the necessary digital files to the COUNTY to allow for the COUNTY to design a preliminary vertical alignment for the future improvements of Quincy Avenue during the review process for the proposed PURECYCLE facilities that will be located within the Quincy Avenue Right-of-Way. Digital Files shall include expanded topography mapping (2-foot contour interval and 1" = 50' scale) extending from the northern edge of the existing asphalt paving to the northern ROW boundary and for at least 25 feet on each side of the pipeline where it crosses Quincy Avenue and enters the Property. The mapping shall include adequate horizontal control data including the project benchmark information and the section lines along the Quincy Avenue Alignment. PURECYCLE agrees to coordinate the design of the pipeline, including utility depths as reasonably set by the COUNTY, to minimize potential adverse impacts of the water utilities on future roadway expansion projects. The COUNTY agrees to complete the design of the preliminary vertical alignment within three weeks of the design submittal providing PURECYCLE provides all of the necessary information to complete the proposed tasks. PURECYCLE also agrees to submit any additional digital information it prepares or otherwise obtains during the design and construction of the Water Facilities at the request of the COUNTY that is not included in the above requirements.
Design Coordination. The Contractor shall:
a) Coordinate development of solution architecture and design, including Third party system integration architecture and design.
