Final Reconciliation and Adjustments. Following delivery of the completed Declaration of Sub-project Completion, confirming achievement of Sub-project Completion, and the Final Progress Report and final Outcomes Progress Report, the Parties will jointly carry out a final reconciliation of all requests for payments and payments in respect of the Sub- project and make any adjustments required in the circumstances.
