Final Reconciliation and Adjustments. For each Project, following the submission of both the Declaration of Project Substantial Completion and the final Progress Report, the Parties will jointly carry out a final reconciliation of all requests for payments and payments in respect of any Project and make any adjustments required in the circumstances.
