Final Schedule of Subcontractors. form must list the Contractor and all subcontractors and suppliers the Contractor intends to use in performing the work of the project, including non-M/WBEs, and detail the final percentage and dollar commitment of the Contractor to each subcontractor and supplier. Only certified M/WBEs identified and the levels of participation listed for each at the time of bid/proposal submission will be considered in determining whether the Contractor has met the Contract Specific Goal. All M/WBEs must be properly certified under the guidelines of the CERTIFICATION section. The final percentage and dollar commitment of the Contractor to M/WBE participation must match the percentage commitment on the Commitment to M/WBE Participation form.
