Financial and Budget Arrangements. Detailed financial and budget arrangements, including those for reimbursement in kind, will be specified for each JIA or individual order for supplies or services. All accounts will be settled in accordance with provisions established in HB18 TA and JIA. These may, on an exceptional basis, vary from procedures outlined in STANAG 2034. Supplies and services provided by the HN government. Supplies and services provided by the HN government to SN on a reimbursable basis will be documented in the JIA.
