FINANCIAL AND REPORTING ARRANGEMENTS. 4.1 In consideration of the performance by the Provider of its obligations in accordance with this Agreement, the Council will pay the Provider the FEEC Funding in accordance with the terms and at the rates set out in the relevant FEEC Guide for each Funding Period and so long as this Agreement and the Parent Agreement subsists and the Provider is and remains eligible to be included in the Kirklees List of Approved Providers and at all times satisfies the conditions of eligibility to be included in the Kirklees List of Approved Providers as set out in the said relevant FEEC Guide.
