Unquoted equity securities pertain to golf club shares and investments in non-marketable equity securities. Included in the carrying amount of the Group’s financial assets at FVOCI as of December 31, 2017 and 2016 are unquoted equity securities with fair value of P1,710 and P1,744, respectively, determined using the net asset value or a market-based approach (price-to-book value method), hence, categorized under Level 3 of the fair value hierarchy (see Note 7.2). The fair value changes in FVOCI are recognized as an adjustment in other comprehensive income and presented in the statements of comprehensive income under items that will not be reclassified subsequently to profit or loss (see Note 10.5). In addition, as a result of the Group’s disposal of certain financial assets at FVOCI, the related fair value gain of P4 in 2017, and P3 in both 2016 and 2015 recognized in other comprehensive income prior to the year of disposal was transferred from Revaluation Reserves to Surplus account during those years. In 2017, 2016 and 2015, dividends on these equity securities were recognized amounting to P234, P449 and P237 by the Group and, P196, P307 and P87 by the Parent Company, respectively, which are included as part of Miscellaneous income under the Other Operating Income account in the statements of profit or loss (see Note 25.1).

  • FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTIONS 10.1 The Financial Contribution of the CCG and the Council to any Pooled Fund or Non-Pooled Fund for the first Financial Year of operation of each Individual Scheme shall be as set out in the relevant Scheme Specification.

  • COMPENSATION FOR LOSS OF OTHER REVENUES To the extent not included in the amounts calculated pursuant to Section 4.2 above, Applicant shall also pay to or on behalf of the District on an annual basis all M&O Revenue losses, and other costs as they are incurred by the District that arise from entering this Agreement (the “Additional Loss”), including without limitation to: (a) any loss incurred by the District resulting from a judicial challenge to this Agreement; (b) any reasonable attorneys’ fees or other costs incurred by the District due to any amendment, audit, legal defense or enforcement of this Agreement brought by or against either party or person or entity, irrespective of whether or not this Agreement or any interpretation thereof by the District is ultimately determined to be valid; and (c) any non-reimbursed reasonable costs or fees incurred by the District and reasonably necessary to administer or maintain this Agreement, either directly or indirectly, including costs paid to the Appraisal District based on the values of the Qualified Property used for the District’s debt service (interest and sinking fund) that exceeds the Tax Limitation Amount provided in Section 2.4 herein. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 4.8, payment for such Additional Loss shall be made by Applicant no later than 30 days following written notice that such Additional Loss is due and owing, together with supporting calculations by the Third Party Consultant and copies of invoices (redacted as needed) for any such non-reimbursed costs and fees paid.

  • Certified and Minority Business Enterprises Reports Upon Customer request, the Contractor shall report to the requesting Customer the Contractor’s spend with certified and other minority business enterprises in the provision of commodities or services related to the Customer’s orders. These reports shall include the period covered, the name, minority code, and Federal Employer Identification Number of each minority business utilized during the period; commodities and services provided by the minority business enterprise, and the amount paid to each minority business enterprise on behalf of the Customer.

  • Failure to Maintain Financial Viability The System Agency may terminate the Contract if, in its sole discretion, the System Agency has a good faith belief that Grantee no longer maintains the financial viability required to complete the services and Deliverables, or otherwise fully perform its responsibilities under the Contract.

  • Estimates and Reconciliation of Estimates Where estimated expenditures are used to determine the amount of the drawdown, the State will indicate in the terms of the State unique funding technique how the estimated amount is determined and when and how the State will reconcile the difference between the estimate and the State's actual expenditures.

  • Expenditure Limit The Contractor shall notify the County of Orange assigned Deputy Purchasing Agent in writing when the expenditures against the Contract reach 75 percent of the dollar limit on the Contract. The County will not be responsible for any expenditure overruns and will not pay for work exceeding the dollar limit on the Contract unless a change order to cover those costs has been issued.
