Common use of Financial Certification Clause in Contracts

Financial Certification. Within the time periods under Section 5.01(a) and (b) above, as applicable, a certificate of a Financial Officer of Parent certifying that, to the knowledge of such Financial Officer, no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, or, if, to the knowledge of such Financial Officer, such a Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, specifying the nature and extent thereof and any corrective action taken or proposed to be taken with respect thereto;

Financial Certification. Within the time periods under Section ‎Section 5.01(a) and (b‎(b) above, as applicable, a certificate of a Financial Officer of Parent Borrower certifying that, to the knowledge of such Financial Officer, no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, or, if, to the knowledge of such Financial Officer, such a Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, specifying the nature and extent thereof and any corrective action taken or proposed to be taken with respect thereto;
