Financial Interest/Gifts. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 572.051 and 2255.001 and Texas Penal Code Section 36.09, A/E has not given, offered to give, nor intends to give at any time hereafter, any economic opportunity, future employment, gift, loan, gratuity, special discount, trip, favor, or service to a public servant in connection with this Agreement. Pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 573 and Section 2254.032, if applicable, A/E certifies that A/E knows of no officer or employee of TFC, nor any relative within the second degree of consanguinity or affinity of an officer or employee of TFC, that has a financial interest in A/E’s company or corporation. A/E further certifies that no partner, corporation, or unincorporated association which employs, retains or contracts with, or which may employ, retain, or contract with any of the above, has a financial interest in any entity with which A/E will be dealing on behalf of TFC.
