Financial Management Protocol. Subject to and consistent with this Agreement, the CAB shall consult with the COUNTY's DHHS in establishing a written protocol regarding the adoption and periodic updating of policies for the financial management practices of the Health Center (including a system to assure accountability for the Health Center's resources, provision of an annual audit, long-range financial planning, billing and collection policies, and accounting procedures).
