Financial Material Errors, Omissions or Irregularities. 12.9.1 The County may review, test and audit the books and records of Franchisee for the purpose of determining whether Franchisee is complying with the terms of the Agreement. In the event that material errors or omissions or irregularities are identified, then the cost associated with the audit, test or review shall be paid by Franchisee to County.   • Errors/Omissions The Engineer shall make revisions to the work authorized in this contract which are necessary to correct errors or omissions appearing therein, when required to do so by the State. No additional compensation shall be paid for this work.

If coverage is written on a claims-made basis, PROVIDER agrees to purchase an Extended Reporting Period Endorsement, effective for two (2) full years after the expiration or cancellation of the policy. No professional liability policy written on an occurrence form will include a sunset or similar clause that limits coverage unless such clause provides coverage for at least three (3) years after the expiration of cancellation of this Agreement.

  • Breach for Lack of Proof of Coverage The failure to comply with the requirements of this section at any time during the term of the Contract shall be considered a breach of the terms of the Contract and shall allow the People of the State of New York, the New York State Office of General Services, any entity authorized by law or regulation to use the Contract and their officers, agents, and employees to avail themselves of all remedies available under the Contract or at law or in equity.
