Financial Responsibility for Agreements Required by CDC. The CSL shall be solely responsible for all costs and expenses arising under any of the medical care, transportation, or housing service agreements attached hereto, required by the FCS, or any technical requirements or guidance issued by the CDC in connection therewith, or arising from or relating to such similar transportation, medical care, and/or housing services procured or requested by or on behalf of the CSL. All such agreements shall comply with applicable requirements of the FCS and this MOU, including all its Exhibits and Annexes.
