Common use of FINANCIAL SERVICES XXX 0000 Clause in Contracts

FINANCIAL SERVICES XXX 0000. The Cardmember hereby authorises Maybank and/or its officers to make use of, disclose, divulge or reveal any information relating to his/her account for purposes of or in connection with any action or proceeding taken for the purpose of recovery of monies due and payable by the Cardmember to Maybank under this Agreement.
