Financial Statements and Other Periodic Reports. Xxxxxxxx’s interim Financial Statements and all other periodic reports described on Schedule 4.1(b) for the most recently ended reporting period closest to the Closing Date, and any other financial information with respect to any Borrower as Lender may reasonably require, including, but not limited to, the most recent annual Financial Statements of each Obligor.
