- FINANCING THE ACTION. 3.1 The total cost of the Action1 is estimated at EUR 1.400.000, as set out in Xxxxx XXX. The Contracting Authority undertakes to provide a contribution up to a maximum of EUR 1.400.000 (the “EU Contribution”). The EU Contribution is further limited to 100% of the total eligible costs of the Action. The final amount will be established in accordance with Articles 18 to 20 of Xxxxx XX. The final amount shall not exceed the amount obtained by applying the percentage laid down in the first subparagraph to the total eligible costs of the Action approved by the Contracting Authority.

The final amount shall not exceed the amount obtained by applying the percentage laid down in the first subparagraph to the total eligible costs of the Action approved by the Contracting Authority.
