- FINANCING THE ACTION. 3.1 The total cost of the Action is estimated at USD 90,000,000 ("Currency of the Agreement"), as set out in Annex III. The Contracting Authority undertakes to provide a contribution up to a maximum of EUR 49,500,000 which is estimated at USD 54,618,300 (the “EU Contribution”). The final amount will be established in accordance with Articles 18 to 20 of Annex II.
