Other Controller Audit Any other Controller may audit SAP’s control environment and security practices relevant to Personal Data processed by SAP in line with Section 5.1 only if any of the cases set out in Section 5.1 applies to such other Controller. Such audit must be undertaken through and by Customer as set out in Section 5.1 unless the audit must be undertaken by the other Controller itself under Data Protection Law. If several Controllers whose Personal Data is processed by SAP on the basis of the Agreement require an audit, Customer shall use all reasonable means to combine the audits and to avoid multiple audits.

Emergency Manager An Emergency Manager appointed under Local Financial Stability and Choice Act is authorized to reject, modify, or terminate this Agreement as provided in the Local Financial Stability and Choice Act, 2012 Public Act 436.
Joint Union/Management Committee It shall be appropriate for either the Union or the University to request that a Joint Union/Management committee be convened, with Environmental Health and Safety as a participating member, to discuss health and safety concerns and to explore options for addressing those concerns through appropriate training or other approaches.
Department’s Contract Manager The Department’s Contract Manager, who is primarily responsible for the Department’s oversight of the Contract, will be identified in a separate writing to the Contractor upon Contract signing in the following format: Department’s Contract Manager Name Department’s Name Department’s Physical Address Department’s Telephone # Department’s Email Address If the Department changes the Contract Manager, the Department will notify the Contractor. Such a change does not require an amendment to the Contract.
Working Facilities and Expenses It is understood by the parties that the Executive’s principal place of employment shall be at the Bank’s principal executive office located in New Haven, Connecticut, or at such other Bank Board approved location within 50 miles of the address of such principal executive office, or at such other location as the Employer and the Executive may mutually agree upon. The Employer shall provide the Executive at his principal place of employment with a private office, secretarial services and other support services and facilities suitable to his position with the Employer and necessary or appropriate in connection with the performance of his assigned duties under this Agreement. The Employer shall reimburse the Executive for his ordinary and necessary business expenses attributable to the Employer’s business, including, without limitation, the Executive’s travel and entertainment expenses incurred in connection with the performance of his duties for the Employer under this Agreement, in each case upon presentation to the Employer of an itemized account of such expenses in such form as the Employer may reasonably require, and such reimbursement shall be paid promptly by the Employer and in any event no later than March 15 of the year immediately following the year in which the expenses were incurred.
Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property. Emergency Maintenance LightEdge reserves the right to perform emergency Service maintenance as needed outside the Scheduled Maintenance window, in which case LightEdge will make a reasonable effort to notify the Customer if feasible under the circumstances. Any such maintenance will be considered an “Emergency Maintenance”. All Service SLAs will apply during Emergency Maintenance.
