Finder’s and Other Fees. Except with respect to the Underwriters pursuant to this Agreement, neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has incurred any liability for any finder’s fees or similar payments in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, and neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries has paid or agreed to pay any person any compensation for soliciting another person to purchase any securities of the Company (except as contemplated hereby).
Finder’s and Other Fees. The Company heretofore has delivered to Buyer true and complete copies of any Contracts with or other obligations to UBS Securities LLC, Credit Suisse First Boston, Inc. or Daroth Capital Advisors LLC.
